Privacy notice (POPIA)
Greenhoof Organics collects this information to run a safe horse-riding experience at Phakama Festival: verifying riders, obtaining informed consent, meeting legal record-keeping duties and contacting someone in an emergency. Records are stored securely, access is limited to authorised Greenhoof staff, and identity numbers are masked in emails and exports. Health information is only visible to staff whose role requires it. Records are kept for the period set in Greenhoof's records policy and then deleted through a controlled process, unless a legal hold applies. You may request access to, or correction of, your information at info@greenhoof.co.za. Format checks on identity numbers do not verify identity; staff check original documents at arrival.
