This policy describes how Greenhoof Organics handles the details you choose to share with us through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this website: your name, the way you would like us to reply (email address, telephone or WhatsApp number), and optional details such as your organisation, town or area, product of interest, intended use, estimated quantity and your message. Newsletter signups collect a first name, an email address and an optional country.
How your details reach us
This website does not store your submission. When you submit a form, the details are placed into an email addressed to info@greenhoof.co.za which you send from your own email application, or you may send the same details to us on WhatsApp. Your message is then held in our own email or WhatsApp account.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to confirm availability, pricing, collection or delivery, and — only where you have ticked the consent box — to send you occasional Greenhoof Organics updates. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains useful for the relationship, and newsletter details until you ask to be removed.
Your choices

Cookies and measurement
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Ordinary hosting logs may record technical information such as your browser type and the pages requested.
For owner review
To complete this policy under South African law (POPIA), the following business details still need to be confirmed and added: the registered company name and registration number, the registered physical and postal address, and the name and contact details of the appointed Information Officer. Please send these to us and we will insert them.
